Rebellious tradition since 1889

The name “Rasslhof” is derived from the word “Rassln,” which means “young grapes” in the local dialect. Today, our winery is still embedded in a landscape dominated by vineyards. Our wine estate has stood for tradition and quality for generations.

Our logo tells a story from times long past – back when a dispute arose between the communities of Tramin and Kaltern / Caldaro about the demarcation of their lands. The “Kalterer Mandl” is a topological feature that slopes towards our neighbors in Kaltern. It is a hallmark of our landscape and is a constant reminder of this historic occurrence.

Come discover our D.O.C. vintages that fully comply with the quality requirements of the “Red Rooster” and Bioland:

Enjoy the variety and the taste of South Tyrol and Tramin in every glass!
